Dragon Knights of Rokoon

There are many ways to follow Rokoon, these are committed warriors who wish to serve Rokoon by following an Oath and Measure to fight for Rokoon.

-Pages:
Initiate level of the Knights of the Dragon, they have taken a vow this is the path they wish to follow. They are not allowed within the guildhalls, or on guideline, but is a trial period for them to get to know the clerics, as well as knights.

-Squires:
At this level a member of the Knights has advanced in his training, and the Council has approve him/her.

-Knights:
This is a higher rank of the Knights that can be obtained. At this level the member, must have excellent combat skills, and some knowledge of Rokoon.

-Templar:
This is the highest rank of the Knights that can be obtained. Each Templar has the responsibility of teaching new members to the Knights, not only in combat skills, but also in knowledge of Rokoon and his commandments. To become a Templar a knight must go through a test given by two council members on their knowledge of Rokoon.

Guildstructure:

For all purposes, the Dragon Knights of Rokoon are considered an Order within the Guild.

As the members of the Dragon Knights are no ordained priests, the office of Guild Speaker is not open to them nor can they vote on the Council Members. The Herald of the Dragon Knights has voice and seat in the council.

The rules set by the founding fathers of the Order are listed in the Book of Hierarchy as the Charta of the Dragon Knights of Rokoon.
The Charta includes the oath and measure by which the Dragon Knights organize their life, the ranks and rules for promotion as well as a list of current members.

The Council

The Council declares the beginning and end of Jihads (Holy Guild Wars).
The Council decides about banishments and punishments.
The Council decides about the requirements for promotions.
The Council decides if a Cleric is ready to be promoted to Priest rank.
The Council votes about any Topic but:
1. The voting about the Speaker of the Guild
2. The voting about the members of the Council
3. The voting about changes in the general Guild rules
4. The Council decides about new alliances with other guilds and/or about the removal of already existing alliances with other guilds.

*Only members of the Council or the Speaker of the Guild are allowed to negotiate guild related affairs with other Guilds.

5. The Council decides about starting, participating or ending wars.
6. If the Council decides to start or participate in a war all members has to help according to the Book of Rules but no one will be forced against his/her will to fight actively.

Guild rules

Each guild member can make proposals to change the Guild Rules and have a voting set up. The majority of all Priest ranked guild members decides.
This means that the Knights may propose changes, but not vote on them !
